Good News - #15

To paraphrase a famous news tagline from years past: "That was the week that was, and what a great week it was". This makes it fifteen weeks of trying to counterbalance the negative news that seems so prevalant with a dose of Good News. (Due to the dynamic nature of news I do not know how long any of the links will remain active).

Researchers have been amazed by the efficacy of a new drug that fights cancer. While the drug is still in the trial stage, the success rate is almost unheard of.

A UK tech company claims to be on the verge of a huge advancement in practical fuel cell technology. If all goes well, it will be small enough for use in some consumer products. We can build smaller, better, and make it longer lasting. New fuel cell technology that is.

This may not really qualify as good news, but it is really cool. I cannot wait for a chance to play the human form of this life-sized classic video game.

Well, on to the 16th week, and also 4th month, of the Good News. Keep in mind that for every negative news story, there is at least one positive one too.
